New bridge in the village of Schlipps
The town of Hohenkammer is currently constructing a new bridge spanning the river Glonn near the village of Schlipps. The old bridge, which has been erected in 1920, carried several utility lines, one being a sewage pumping line. In order to demolish the old bridge, the sewage line had to be relocated to a provisional bridge nearby. The new sewage line comprises a PE-HD pipe covered with a PU insulation layer to prevent freezing during the colder season.
Stormwater overflow munich
A large sewage project in munich has been completed with one of the last jobs being the adaption of an underground stormwater structure to the new requirements. A sill had to be demolished and several concrete and masonry structures were to be installed. In order to be able to work on the structure, the large and constant flow of sewage had to be dealt with. A huge challange for this job was the extremly confined access to the workplace and the constant flow of sewage.
Stormwater disposal Augsburg
Augsburg sewage company (SEA) had awarded us with the construction of a new sewage strcuture in the heart of Augsburg. Our scope of works included traffic control, demolishsing of the old structure, dewatering of the pit, earth works, concrete works and technical installations (ladders, adjustable sill, one-way-valve). We managed to complete the job several weeks ahead of schedule.
sewage cladding with clinker bricks in Munich
For Munich Sewage Company (MSE), we have been contracted to clad a large scale sewer with clinker bricks in order to protect the newly built concrete sewer from adverse effects of the highly corrosive and aggresive sewage water. Therefore, approximately 5000 clinker bricks have been laid in very confined underground conditions. The job also included a curved section as well as different profiles. Moreover, a special plaster has been installed in the concrete sewer.
extension of potable water treatment plant, Aichach
We have been contracted by the municipality of Aichach to carry out the expansion of the potable water treatment plant in the village of Untergriesbach. The new structure comprises an emergency genset system designed to run the well pumps in case of a power grid blackout. The basement of the structure serves as settling tank for backflow of filtration processing water. Our scope of work included the following services: - earthworks - retaining wall - Reinforced concrete and masonry - sewage works - screed - plaster - painting - pavement
sewage works for a new residential development, Sielenbach
In the village of Toedtenried which is part of the community of Sielenbach we have been awarded with some 70 m of ceramic sewer line DN 300 at a depth of approx. 3 m, including six manholes and 3 connecting lines. In order to be able to connect to the existing sewer network, a major road had to be crossed. In order to minimize road traffic obstruction, a water line has been laid as well.
Munich Isar culvert
Munich Sewage Company (MSE) is currently building a culvert underneath the river Isar to relieve the sewer network of the eastern parts of munich and to comply with water protection regulations. A DN 1600 reinforced concrete pipe has been installed via pipe jacking underneath the river Isar. Our scope was the installation of two polypropylene pipes (DN 400 and DN 160) within this jacking pipe. Additionally, the two pipes have been encased by a concrete cover to ensure stability and form a stormwater drainage surface. The challenge of this contract was the limited headroom, confined working conditions and a length exceeding 100 m.
Stormwater overflow Roehrmoos
The village of Riedenzhofen which is part of the community of Roehrmoos in the district of Dachau has been equipped with a new sewage pumping station. The existing sewage treatment plant has been outdated and did not fulfill governmental regulations in terms of water purification standards any more. In order to be able to dispose of large quantities of rain water which the pumping station cannot deal with, a rainwater overflow structure has been installed to discharge excess rain water. Our job included the reinforced concrete structure, including in- and outlets, railings and ladders.
